TERMS AND CONDTIONS
The dog walker agrees to:
1.Respect client confidentiality in accordance with the National Privacy Laws, use the key provided by the client to collect and return the dog and for no other purpose and will keep it safe, not allow anyone else to have it, not copy it and will return it to the client on demand.
2. Exercise the dog at the agreed time and for the agreed period of time.
3. Reinforce basic training and Care for the dog in a responsible manner at all times.
4. Exercise the dog of leash only with the owners written consent and then only when the dog walker feels it is safe and appropriate to do so.
5. Provide fresh water for the dog during transport and after exercise at all times
6. Comply with all requirements laid down by the insurance company.
7. Notify the owner of any accident or injury concerning the dog and seek veterinary assistance immediately when necessary. The dog walker accepts no responsibility for payment of any veterinary fee incurred by the clients dog.
8. Clean up after the dog in accordance with the dog fouling law and offer a safe and enjoyable experience for the dog.
The owner agrees to:
1. Ensure appropriate access is arranged at the agreed address and agreed time or a key provided for the dog walker, to collect and return the dog to the clients home.
2. Provide a suitable collar and tag securely attached and inscribed with the owners name and address whether the dog is chipped or not. And provide a lead or harness or any dog coats (and when necessary a muzzle).
3. Provide all necessary information about the dog including any medical or behavioural problems as requested by the dog walker.
4. Ensure their dog is vaccinated and free from fleas, worms and other parasites
5. Accept total responsibility for any veterinary fees incurred by their dog while in the care of the dog walker
6. Pay the fees by cash or cheque. On the day of the walk or as agreed
7. Notify the dog walker of any cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.
By signing the terms and conditions you agree to accept them.
I do not give consent for my dog to be exercised of leash.
